I am a former mortgage lender (starting in 1999) with extensive knowledge in most all lending transactions. I started with processing, drawing docs, origination and then went to the bank side to clean up bad loans. Working in loss mitigation allowed me to gain experience in loan modifications and all types workout arrangements. I now offer loan closing, doc signing and notary services in my office in the Tanglewood Business Center in Little Rock. I can print, scan, copy and provide all the services related to loan signing - except practicing law or offering advice. I can accommodate in home closings/signings and can provide a witness, if necessary for estate planning documents.
