Hello, my name is Margeaux Edwards-Gutierrez and I am a Notary Signing Agent in the State of Arizona. I have performed notarial services for all types of documents including Loan Modifications, Cash Real Estate Deals and Seller Packages, Refinance Loans, Purchase Loans, Equity Loans and Lines of Credit. I have open availability Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and am willing to travel to wherever you may need in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, including surrounding cities. I have worked for local government for the past seven years as an Administrative Assistant for the City Clerk's office in the City of Maricopa, Arizona. I have also been serving as a Passport Acceptance Agent for the U.S. Dept. of State since 2015 and a Notary Public for the State of Arizona since 2018. Due to this experience I have acquired skills in reviewing documentation for accuracy and authenticity. I have been trained in fraud detection from the U.S. Dept. of State while serving as a passport agent, which provides me with the ability to thoroughly analyze important documentation and execute it accordingly.
