I am a NNA and Loan Signing System certified agent. I have a valid background check from the NNA. As an experienced loan signing agent I make sure to get all signatures, initials, and dates. Prior to any appointment I familiarize myself with any special instructions and look over all the documents. I never perform a point and sign signing, instead I provide the borrowers with a brief description of every document. Before I leave the signing table I carefully review every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete. I triple check important documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, Deed of Trust, Note, and 1003. I also make sure that all forms are filled out including the PCOR and Statement of Information. While I am positive I will complete all signing accurately, if there is ever a mistake I will fix it ASAP. I also drop documents the same day if possible.
