I am a Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent with over 7 years of notary experience. Since becoming a notary in 2019, I have successfully completed a variety of real estate and loan signings, including HELOCs, purchases, buyer and seller packages, refinances, and reverse mortgages.

I take pride in accurate document execution, attention to detail, clear communication, prompt scanbacks, and following signing instructions carefully. I have completed the Loan Signing System (LSS) course and am a proud U.S. Army veteran.

I serve Los Alamitos, Orange County, and Southeast Los Angeles County and offer weekday, evening, and weekend availability. I also provide bilingual English/Spanish signing services.
