I am a former loan officer and jr underwriter who is very familiar with all loan docs. This experience makes it easy for me to explain docs to clients and ensure that they always sign correctly and completely. In my time as a notary I have never had any complaints. I am well aware of the consequence of not getting packages back on time due to anytime as a LO,so I always make sure to get packages back asap.
