My name is Elsa, and it’s great to meet you! I am a bilingual Notary Public with more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. I am a retired loan officer and have also worked in real estate sales for more than 10 years.

My extensive lending background gives me a strong understanding of loan documents, escrow and closing paperwork, and the importance of accuracy and attention to detail. Earlier in my career, I also worked as a loan underwriter for Countrywide Mortgage, which further strengthened my knowledge of mortgage documentation and lending guidelines.

I am comfortable working with buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, escrow officers, and signing services, and I understand how important it is for documents to be completed accurately, professionally, and on time.
