My background as a psychologist having taught for decades at major universities and administered a number of mental health programs for children has provided skills that will be very useful in my new career as a loan signing agent. I am engaging, empathic, thoughtful, intelligent and articulate as well as attuned to details of an interaction and conscientious with fulfilling all the responsibilities of a situation. My experience buying and selling numerous properties as well as marketing vacation rentals has familiarized me with most of the real estate documents whose details I have further become proficient with by taking the NNA Notary and Loan Signing courses and received my commission and certificate in each.
