I am a certified mobile notary and signing agent in Denver Colorado. I will assist your clients by guiding them through the loan signing process to ensure documents are completed as required. All documents will be triple checked for accuracy. After working 30 + years in the insurance industry, I bring strong skills of time management, attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, and reliability to the notary signing industry.

Additional training and certifications were obtained by completion of the National Notary Association loan signing course, the Diamond Elite Loan Signing Institute course, and the Mark Wills Loan Signing System. I have obtained additional ongoing training regarding several types of loan packages including seller, buyer, HELOC'S, split signings, refinance packages, and reverse mortgages. I also am available for general notary work such as POA's, affidavits, I-9"s, car titles, agreements, any document that needs notarization outside of real estate packages. Currently, I am completing training for ipen in the state of Colorado, and Certified Trust Delivery agent for wills and estate planning.
