I have experience with the following types of loan packages: General Notary Work, Estate Planning, Apostille's, Refinance, Purchase/Buyer, HELOCs, Loan Modifications, Commercial/Construction Properties, and Reverse Mortgages.

I cover the following Florida counties: Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee and Sarasota.

I continue to train with Notary Stars by Ronnie Mickle on a weekly basis. I’m a graduate of the Loan Signing System (LSS) Course by Mark Wills, Notary2Pro Elite Course by the late Mrs. Carol Ray, I have also completed the NNA Notary Essentials course.

I have a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology with a concentration in Supply Chain Management. Lastly, I am retired military with 22 years of active duty service.
