During each appointment, I professionally guide signers through the execution of their documents, ensure that all required signatures, dates, and initials are completed, and remain neutral at all times without interpreting documents or providing legal or financial advice.

As a fully bilingual Notary Public in English and Spanish, I am able to assist a broader range of signers and facilitate clear communication throughout the signing process.

For added client protection, I maintain a $25,000 Florida Notary Bond, $1,000,000 in Professional Liability / Errors & Omissions coverage, and $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage.

I am fully equipped for professional mobile and remote signings. My equipment includes a Brother dual-tray laser printer for efficiently printing mixed letter- and legal-size loan packages, as well as an Epson ES-300W mobile scanner for same-day scanbacks when required.

For RON appointments, I use secure, high-speed fiber-optic internet and conduct sessions through the compliant Notarize/Proof platform, helping ensure a secure and professional signing experience from start to finish.
