Over 16 years of mortgage banking experience supports the necessary experience to organize and execute loan closing assignments professionally and efficiently. I have had in-depth due diligence experience that was required in reviewing mortgage loan documents for investment purposes. During my tenure with JP Morgan Chase, I approved and monitored Banks and Mortgage Bankers who submitted mortgage loans for purchase and were in turn sold to the secondary market. Building strong relationships with mortgage lenders is imperative. Therefore, my experience will provide the knowledge to effectively complete loan signing assignments with accuracy and customer satisfaction.
