I am a commissioned Florida Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent with more than 14 years of professional experience working in legal and compliance roles within the mortgage banking and consumer finance industries. My background has provided me with extensive familiarity with mortgage closing packages, deeds, powers of attorney, affidavits, debt resolution documents, and other legal and financial documents requiring notarization.

I am currently serving my second commission as a Florida Notary Public and have completed a substantial number of notarizations in a variety of professional settings. I am comfortable facilitating mortgage loan signings and similar transactions, reviewing documents for proper execution, and helping ensure signing appointments are completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

I understand the importance of punctuality, attention to detail, confidentiality, clear communication, and following signing instructions precisely. I strive to provide borrowers, title companies, lenders, and signing services with a smooth and professional signing experience from appointment confirmation through completion.

I offer flexible scheduling and am readily available for signing assignments throughout the Greater Orlando area, with my primary service area including Orange, Seminole, and Lake Counties. I also accept assignments in Sumter, Volusia, and Osceola Counties when scheduling and travel permit.
