I am a new NNA certified Notary Signing Agent with 2 years prior experience as a mortgage servicing agent. To provide convenience to both signers and lenders, I am equipped with a moible scanner on phone and tablet and high-speed office scanner at home. Executed documents can be promptly returned digitally ahead of the mailed loan package to keep the loan process moving smoothly. I primarily cover Pasco and Hillsborough counties in Florida, though I am willing to travel farther based on client need.
