To date, I have successfully completed 14 notarizations, including estate planning documents such as Wills, Trusts, Healthcare Proxies/Advance Directives, and Powers of Attorney. I am experienced in guiding signers through the notarization process while maintaining compliance with Florida notarial laws.

As a trained Loan Signing Agent, I have completed education in refinances, buyer and seller packages, and HELOC signings. I understand the importance of attention to detail and ensuring documents are executed properly and returned promptly. I have mobile printing and scanning capabilities and take the necessary time to prepare and review documents to ensure signatures, initials, and notarizations are completed accurately.
