I am a new notary but don't let that fool you. I have 5 years of real estate experience achieving my broker license December 2025. I have experience with real estate closings. I have over 30 years of customer service experience. From customer facing, to call center, to management to serving at the local diner. My customer service skills are top notch! Everything else I am still learning what all a notary can do. I am open to proctoring tests, verify identity, marriage officiant, any other simple notary tasks. Working on getting the lender mobile closing certification next and any other certifications needed. That is as honest as I can get.

I live in west Marion County willing to travel the tri-county area of Citrus, Levy and Marion for necessary meetings. I am available on nights and weekends as needed also for emergency notaries.
