I am an Army veteran, and Florida resident since 2009. With 20 years of experience in government finance and logistics management, my primary focus had been creating vehicle purchase orders, auction sales packages as well as contract negotiations, and contract document preparations. Working diligently on vehicle purchase and sales documents, I have honed my skills in ensuring details of each package were accurate and complete for timely processing meeting budgetary cutoff schedules. When negotiating contracts, details are of the utmost importance, as well as communication skills ensuring timely discussions to ensure all requirements met and included in the contract documents and the projects completed in a timely manner and within contractual parameters. Communication is the key to successful teamwork. During one of my deployments as a finance chief with the USDA APHIS I successfully completed 33 contracts totaling over $6M on a 28-day rotation completing our team’s mission.
I am willing to travel as far North as Gainesville or farther if necessary, to the East as far as DeLand, West as far as Cedar Key and as far South as Brooksville and Clermont from my residence in Ocala, Florida. A mileage fee would be negotiated for the distance in each case that would have with some distance included.
