Hello, my name is Zachary and I am a Notary Public and Signing Agent in Central Florida. My goal before any is to make sure that I go over each and every document flawlessly. Since I do this, I make sure that signatures, dates, and initials are always done properly. I make sure documents don’t get sent back blank, unless they are required to be left blank. In any given signing I will check a Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003’s at least 5 times because I understand how important these documents are to get this loan signed immediately for you! None us want any funding issues, right?

In the very off scenario where I do make a mistake, that mistake is automatically priority #1 to make sure it is corrected. Business relationships to me are extremely important and I will always do what is needed (inside the guidelines of laws) to make sure I leave an everlasting positive impression on not just the person who hires me, but also the client.

To stem off of making sure there are no funding issues, I promptly scan/ship all sets of docs I touch in a timely manner. The documents sitting in my hands is only delaying payment for all of us and that is no bueno for either party. I am fully knowledgeable of all of my local shipping company’s hours of operations and pick up times.
