Prior to starting my notary company, I was a mortgage closer. I was responsible for requesting fees from the title companies, ensuring that all the documents that were needed were included in the closing package, that the taxes, insurance and HOI were paid and the most importantly was funding. I managed my pipeline up to 80 files. I am currently working on my NMLS license as well.
