- Be on time and communicate with signer(s) and your company when ever running late.
- Coordinate with your signer(s) when documents are delayed.
- Summarize all documents and answer common industry questions that arise at the closing table.
- Catch document errors (ex: missing non borrower(s) with interest in property needing to sign, spelling errors, scanning errors, etc..)
- Scan/Email critical documents immediately after signing.
- Make same day Fed Ex on ALL signings scheduled 4:30pm or earlier.
