I go over each document to ensure that the dates, signatures and initials are complete and properly filled out. I tripe check each document specially Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.
If on rare occasion I make a mistake I will take care of it right away.
The documents will be returned promptly as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
