Hey there! My name is Kristen and I have been a signing agent since 2015. I love what I do and I show that with each and every closing I conduct. I love being the final step of the process and making it an enjoyable experience for your borrowers.

I wanted to gain my experience as a signing agent so I decided to dive right in and began working for a few different title companies over time until I felt comfortable enough to take this on full time; and that's exactly what I am doing now. I honestly wouldn't change this for anything. Being a singing agent is something I absolutely enjoy!

I have completed almost 5000 closings in the entire time of being a closing agent and in this time I have traveled from coast to coast all over central Florida. This is one of the things I love so much about this industry.

I strive to give the best experience from start to finish not only with the closing and the borrowers but with all of the people involved whether I am working with a Title company, signing service, or Lender.

I am diligent and efficient with my closings and I have gained a lot of experience over the past 8 years and have a full understanding of what happens before even getting to the closing table and I feel that is such an advantage for me because I can relate better with my signers.

Like I said earlier, I have traveled from coast to coast so I am willing to drive a great distance to the closing table. I am also typically available for last minute closings and if not I am able to make it work in a reasonable time.
