Hi, I’m Rachelle, the face behind The Notary Mom.

I’m a commissioned notary public in the State of Georgia, proudly serving Richmond Hill and surrounding areas. My family and I recently relocated to Coastal Georgia as part of a military move, and like many military families, flexibility and community quickly became a priority for me.

As a mother of two, I wanted to build a career that allowed me to contribute financially while still being present as the primary caregiver to my children. Becoming a notary offered the perfect balance—allowing me to provide a much-needed service to my community while maintaining a family-first lifestyle.

I created The Notary Mom to offer reliable, mobile, and approachable notary services for individuals, families, and small businesses. I understand how busy life can be, especially for parents, professionals, and military families, which is why I focus on convenience, flexibility, and clear communication.
