Brandon Kettler is the founder of Keystone Notarial, a Waukee, Iowa–based notary practice serving the greater Des Moines metro in person and clients statewide through Remote Online Notarization. A commissioned Iowa Notary Public, Certified Notary Signing Agent, and RON-authorized notary, Brandon brings a precision-driven approach to every loan signing — built on 20+ years preparing, awarding, and administering, highly complex, high dollar-value, federal and commercial contracts.

He has served as an Operational Contracting Officer, Contingency Contracting Officer, Supervisory Contracting Officer, and has deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He was previously an Agreements Officer as well serving with an Unlimited Warrant.

He holds the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification, a Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) Professional credential, and an he holds an MBA — a storied background that translates directly into careful, accurate, error-free closings. Brandon is fully insured through a current E&O policy, background-screened, and equipped for professional loan signings with a laser printer and mobile scanning for same-day scan-backs.
