I am an experienced Illinois Notary Public and mobile Notary Signing Agent with 8+ years of notarial experience and more than 500 completed signings. I serve the Greater Chicagoland area, including DuPage, Cook, Kane, McHenry, DeKalb, and Winnebago counties. I am available for appointments at homes, businesses, hospitals, public libraries, title offices, and other agreed-upon locations.

My experience includes purchase and sale closings, refinances, HELOCs, loan modifications, and other real estate and loan document signings for title companies, signing services, lenders, and individual clients. I understand the importance of accurate execution, complete signing packages, proper notarizations, and following title and closing instructions carefully.

With 10 years of professional experience in mortgage banking and brokerage, I also bring a strong working knowledge of mortgage and closing documents. This allows me to work confidently with complex signing packages and professionally guide signers through the signing process while remaining within the appropriate role of a Notary Signing Agent.

I am equipped with a professional dual-tray printer and high-quality scanner, allowing me to properly print mixed-size loan packages and provide clear, timely scanbacks when required. I carefully review packages before returning them to help ensure all required signatures, initials, dates, and notarizations are complete.

Communication and reliability are central to how I work. I keep title companies, signing services, and clients informed of appointment status and signing progress, including confirmation, completion, and document return. I take appointment times seriously, arrive prepared and on time, and treat every signer and client with professionalism and respect.
