I completed title insurance pre-licensing training through the Indiana Land Title Association (ILTA) and hold my title producer license through the Indiana Department of Insurance.

I carry Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance, have completed a background check, and provide printing and scanning support for loan signing assignments, including requested scanbacks.
