I am a Louisiana Civil Law Notary Public with Remote Online Notarization certification. I began performing RON transactions in 2023, shortly after Louisiana authorized remote online notarization, and have experience working within approved digital notarization platforms.
My professional background in real estate gives me extensive familiarity with the documents, timelines, and attention to detail required in real estate transactions and signing appointments. As a Louisiana real estate broker, I routinely work with purchase agreements, addenda, disclosures, affidavits, closing-related documents, leases, and other transaction documents, and I understand the importance of accuracy, proper execution, and a professional signing experience.

My notarial experience also includes powers of attorney, lease notarizations, affidavits and acknowledgments, movable property transfers involving vehicles, trailers, and recreational property, as well as small succession matters. While some of these services are performed in person based on document and transaction requirements, they have given me broad experience reviewing identification, confirming proper execution, administering oaths, and handling a variety of notarial acts.
