I'm a newly commissioned Notary Public and NNA-certified Signing Agent based in Silver Spring, MD, serving Montgomery County and available for remote online notarizations nationwide. While I'm new to the signing industry, I bring 25+ years of leadership and program management experience, including a career as a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and, most recently, Director of Programs, supporting federal and defense clients. I hold a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change & Leadership and have spent my career managing multimillion-dollar programs, leading teams, and handling sensitive, high-stakes documentation with precision and discretion. I'm detail-oriented, punctual, and take signing appointments seriously — treating every closing with the same professionalism I brought to briefing senior government officials. I'm excited to bring that same reliability and attention to detail to the notary and loan signing world.
