I’m Yocelin Martinez, owner of Martinez Signing LLC. With over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry as a Mortgage Underwriter, I developed a deep understanding of the loan process and the importance of accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.

In 2022, I became a Notary Public and later earned my Loan Signing Agent certification through the National Notary Association (NNA). After years of working behind the scenes, I wanted to take a more hands-on approach and work directly with clients during some of life’s most important milestones.

Whether assisting with a home purchase, refinance, estate documents, or other important legal documents, my goal is to make every signing professional, seamless, and stress-free.
