Qualified as a Certified Notary Signing Agent December 2005.
I do HYBRID signings on the PAVASO and ClearSign platforms
Relevant Experience: As of Jan 1, 2023 I have completed more than 2500 loan signings.
I am qualified to notarize In Minnesota and Wisconsin.

My MN Commission is valid through 01/31/2028
My Certification through NNA and my background screening is valid through Nov 10th 2026.
My E & O Insurance is $50,000 and is valid through 11/14/2026
