I have been an NC Commissioned Notary for 5+ years serving Eastern NC. I understand the importance of professionalism and confidentiality. My experience has been more with general notary needs, DMV documents, federal and civil construction contracts, billings, and waivers; but have recently expanded into loan signing.

I’m currently not certified yet, but I do have the knowledge and attention to detail needed to help support a smooth, successful closing. I’ve previously worked with mortgage companies and loan documents, so I understand how important it is to follow lender/title instructions exactly, match signatures/initials and dates correctly, and ensure the paperwork is completed without missing items.

My focus is on accuracy, organization, and clear communication - confirming appointments, arriving on time, and staying in contact if anything needs clarification. I want the borrower and the settlement team to feel confident that the signing process is handled professionally and efficiently. I’m also actively building my signing-agent experience, and I’m eager to continue learning so each appointment runs as smoothly as possible.

I follow instructions exactly and completing signings with careful attention to signatures, initials, dates, and all required notary details. I’m detail-oriented, communicate clearly with appointment confirmations and ETAs, and I’m set up with scan-to-email for timely document return. Available for in-person signings and edocs/printed workflows as required by the assignment.

I am willing to travel to multiple counties. My standard travel area is within 50 miles; anything beyond that would require travel pay as agreed with the assignment.
