I am commissioned as a Notary for North Carolina. I am certified by the National Notary Association as a Loan Signing Agent. I am also available for Field Inspections. I worked in the Mortgage industry for over 10 years, preparing and analyzing Closing Documents. I also worked as a Closing Coordinator going over closing docs with borrowers. I have a bachelor's degree in business and have owed several small businesses over the years. I am punctual, dependable and professional and love to help people. I have a scanner and will be purchasing a dual tray printer soon. Right now, I can print docs near the Fed Ex store, which I will use for mailing docs back.
