I have completed my Loan Signing System (LSS) training and have also received my NNA certification. I carry $100K in E&O insurance and have already completed multiple signing successfully. In addition, I have observed multiple loan signings and am confident in my ability to conduct efficient, error-free signings.

I pride myself on being detail-oriented, punctual, and professional. I also ensure timely document return by scanning immediately after signings and utilizing FedEx pickup to avoid delays. Furthermore, I offer flexible availability, including evenings and Sundays, to accommodate clients' needs.
