My specialties include reverse mortgages, unique or complex loan situations, and estate‑planning documents. I also provide expedited Apostille processing with the Oregon Secretary of State. RON and IPEN services are available for clients who prefer remote or electronic notarization.
Although I’m based in the Salem area, I regularly travel throughout the region and especially enjoy serving clients in coastal communities such as Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, and Newport. When you want your transaction handled correctly the first time, I’m the person to call.
