I have been a mobile notary since May 2019. I have over 7 years of mortgage refinancing, title clearance and abstracting experience. I am NNA certified and I have trained through PAN (Pennsylvania Association of Notaries). I am very familiar with the documents as an auditor for several large refinancing companies. My duties included pre-sign vesting and post-signing auditing, I would review, audit, and upload mortgages, notes, deeds, trusts, any riders and all critical documents needed for a successful signing for PNC, Wells Fargo, National Link, Service Link and Lenders Services Inc. I also have over 2 years of Quality Control Title Abstracting from ATR in Crystal River, FL.
