I am NNA and NSA certified, I have done very thorough training with a Paralegal and Mediation firm specializing in settlement services, I have my own mobile scanner I bring to the table with me for every closing, as well as a mobile laser printer I keep with me for last minute additions or changes to documents. I mainly service the Philadelphia area and locations out of the city up to around an hour away. I have my own reliable source of transportation and am willing to travel.
