I have over five years of loan signing experience. I’m duly commissioned in South Carolina and Georgia. I have fifteen plus years in finance and public relations. I’m NNA Certified and background checked. I’m also a TWIC card holder. I have experience with but not limited to the following loan and legal documents: Refinance, Reverse, Buyer/Seller, Affidavits POAs, Settlement, HELOC Probate, Judgements etc,.. I service Barnwell, Bamberg, Aiken and Orangeburg counties.

Since I’ve been commissioned in South Carolina, I’ve completed 400 plus notary signings.
