As the owner of AML Notary & Signing Services LLC and a licensed real estate professional, I bring extensive familiarity with real estate transactions, the closing process, and the documents commonly involved in purchasing and financing property. My experience as a real estate agent, along with personally purchasing and owning multiple properties, has given me a strong understanding of how real estate and mortgage transactions progress from contract through closing.

While I am newer to completing loan signings specifically as a Notary Signing Agent, I am comfortable working with real estate documents and understand the importance of accurate document execution, attention to detail, confidentiality, scanbacks, meeting deadlines, and promptly returning completed packages.

I am available for purchase and seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, loan modifications, and other mortgage-related signing assignments, as well as general mobile notary services. I also have experience with deeds, powers of attorney, affidavits, trust documents, and other notarized documents.
