I recently became a certified notary signing agent in order to supplement my income. I'm new to being a notary, but not to real estate transactions. I have purchased a total of 6 homes and refinanced a few times as well. I am highly educated (doctoral degree) and am often praised for my meticulous attention to detail. I am fluent in Spanish and English and can easily switch back and forth between the two.
