I have 3 years’ experience working in the Mortgage industry, where I have set up forbearance agreements, deferment agreements and loan modifications. I have reviewed and monitored documents such as deeds of trust, notes, closing disclosure and escrow account disclosure. I have drafted loss mitigation workouts and created plans to avoid foreclosure. Also, I have 20 years’ experience working with large clients such as government agencies, cities, hospitals, and school districts. This experience has led me to my dream career as a signing agent, which I am new to.
