I worked as a real estate lender for local banks and mortgage companies for 30+ years specializing in construction loans and mortgage loans before taking early retirement 1 month ago. As a lender I attended most of my closings and have a calming personality. I have worked with all borrower types to achieve successful closings.
I am available for signings in hospitals, long-term care facilities, or on the ranch, as well as, at the borrowers home or office. The borrowers schedule is my schedule.
