I am an NNA member and update my background check annually. I completed the NNA signing agent training and am NNA certified.
I am professionally trained from the Loan Signing System and received my signing agent certification.
My past experience is as an escrow officer, mortgage closer, and commercial property manager.
I review the documents before the closing so I can ask questions early.
I pay close attention to every signature, date, initials and notary stamps.
I double and triple check the documents before leaving the signers.
I scan & upload docs from my mobile office (Laptop, docking station, multi-function scanner/printer, Starlink for Wifi, and an EcoFlow battery to run it all).
I return documents immediately or with approval, depending on the instructions given.
If an error happens, I correct it immediately.
I do have severe allergies to cigarettes, and may need to change the signing location to avoid my throat and eye closing.
