LW Notary Signing Agent Services is owned and operated  by Lynn Wilkerson in Birmingham, Alabama.  I'd like to share with you why I became a notary and how I believe I can make a mark in this industry.  I am a Professional Realtor and I had a closing that was to be orchestrated by a Notary who was hired through a notary hiring service.  The sellers were a little anxious with getting this process completed and was a little unsure because they had never heard of a closing being handled this way.   Well the Notary arrive 30 mins late, he was very rude and had NO CLUE; he barely knew where to instruct myself and my clients to sign, nonetheless it was a terrible experience for me and my clients.

At that moment I saw a need for  people in the Notary Industry that needed to be knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and personable. LW Notary Services has all those qualities and more.

Printing large packages, then scanning them back to my client for review isn't a problem.  I welcome it and have invested in a fast double tray printer  and scanner.
I am a licensed Realtor and is skilled in reviewing loan documents, catching errors and ensuring that the clients are signing in the correct areas on the document.
