I am notary and loan signing agent, licensed since March 2021 and always ready to work! I’m located in Birmingham, AL, but I travel all over Alabama for signings. My area of expertise since I’ve been a loan signing agent will be refinance mortgages and reverse mortgages. This means those are the majority of the signings I do, but not all that I do. I have a background as a human resource specialist in the military and a carrier at the post office. These professions equipped me with being prompt, having professional bearing, listening well, adapting, and having great customer service skills.
