I meticulously go over each and every document to make sure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Residential Loan Application (new and old forms), Notice of Right to Cancel, Patriot Act Form and Signature/Name Affidavits to make sure they are filled out properly. If for any reason there is a mistake, I will take care of it for you ASAP.
