I became a Certified Notary thru the NNA which includes a background check. I have been a notary public about 20 years servicing the Mobile area. Since moving to Baldwin County, I have been servicing this area as well.

1. Will arrive on time at appointment. Any discrepancies will be communicated.
2. Will not print documents on doubled sided.
3. Will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents.
4. Will scan back documents if required.
5. Will drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4 pm.
6. Will notarize at the signing.
7. Will notarize only if I witness the signer signing the documents.
