- I am knowledgeable & detailed oriented...I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.
- I Will Fix Mistakes...If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.
- You Will Get Their Docs Back As Soon As Possible...The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local UPS & FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
