I have had several years of experience not only being a Special Education teacher but also a Realtor. Special education required careful attention to detail through accurate documentation as well as client satisfaction. I also am currently a Real Estate agent who realizes the importance professionalism and loan process signings. My past and current experience have prepared me to become a signing agent trained to be highly sensitive towards a borrowers needs and ensure that real estate loan documents are fully and accurately executed. I realize that will a smooth notarized transaction, and returning documents for processing on time is a critical part of the loan process that enables the loan to be funded.
