I have done timeshares, automobile refinances, modifications, Chase HELOCS, real estate refinances and closings of all types including Reverse Mortgage, as well as their initial application and document gathering. I have an extremely flexible schedule. I have a professional home office. There is an additional fee for any package over 100 pages, and/or if excessive amount of legal sized paper due to the cost and scarcity of Legal sized paper.
