I am a notary with 17 years experience. During that time I worked for an attorney and have experience with real estate closing documents as well as most legal documents. I have prepared and officiated hundreds of real estate transactions. I am very familiar with loan documents and the ability to explain what is being signed. My primary county covered is Tuscaloosa, however, I am willing and able to accommodate special assignments and drive extra distances for the appropriate fee.
