I have been a licensed loan officer concentrating on Reverse Mortgages for 19 years. I had all applications signed in person and attended 90% of closings. I know the application and the closing process very well. I also work with Elder law attorneys to carry wills, trust, probate, and other documents to people's homes that can't get out well or in the nursing homes Assisted Living. Even if it's well across town I've also been in the reverse mortgage business which makes me very patient with senior citizens.
